Purchases from my store means you have read and agreed to these policies
All sales final. Due to COV-19 and sanitary reasons, products will not be exchanged. But if any products received are incomplete, or incorrect, please email photos and proof of purchase within 48 hours of delivery date to receive a replacement product if stock is available. Products CANNOT be replaced after the 48 hours. I ship through the USPS and ultimately I am not responsible for lost or stolen items!
Shipping
All shipping is based in the US! Reminder that this is a small business and hand package each order with tender love and care therefore it may take a little time. With tangible product available, I will be able to ship within a few days! It should be delivered within a week by USPS within the United States. International may take longer. For Pre-Orders, please see individual listings.
I use an automated system to create shipping labels so please make sure your shipping information is correct!
To avoid fraud, once a package is marked delivered, I cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Thank you for understanding!

However...
If you would still like to purchase US products I recommend a proxy service! I have used one myself to ship items from Japan and has been a great experience so far!
A proxy service will give you an address based in the country you want to purchase from where you can send multiple packages to (with the option to consolidate) and once you pay for shipping, can send it to your country of origin! Best of luck!
